The Town Clerk’s Office has advised that the 2025 County & Town tax bills will be mailed Tuesday, February 18th and are payable without penalty by Monday, March 17th.
The change in the tax billing schedule is due to the Town’s drop in population as a result of the 2020 Census. This change has resulted in Alden’s NYS classification and billing schedule followed by Erie County. Bills for property owners who have their taxes escrowed will be sent directly to the escrow processor.
Tax Bills are payable at the Town Clerks Office, Alden State Bank, US Mail and online at Clerk’s page at www.alden.erie.gov.
