The Clerk's Outreach Team will be on hand to enroll veterans in the Thank A Vet Discount Program. Veterans must bring in an original or certified copy of their DD-214 (discharge papers) with the character of service listed as honorable or under honorable conditions to file with the Erie County Clerk's Office for safe keeping. Also, staff will be on-hand to assist individuals with Clerk related services (passports information, S.A.L.U.T.E.S., Ready Center for REAL ID, Auto Bureau Appointments)
