The Town of Clarence is looking for residents who are interested and willing to partner with the Town on this initiative. If you are interested in potentially having a tree planted in front of your property, please fill out the survey for the Street Tree Planting Initiative

Vacant Rental Program (VRP)

Assists property owners to revitalize unused residential units and convert vacant commercial spaces into housing. Provides grant funding of up to $50,000 for units designated for tenants earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) and up to $75,000 for units rented to tenants earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).
