Clarence Fire District No. 1 

Resolution to Transfer Funds from Capital Reserve Account to the General Operating Account 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Clarence Fire District No. 1, Erie County, New York, at a regular meeting held on July 13, 2026, duly adopted a resolution, subject to permissive referendum pursuant to General Municipal Law § 6-g, authorizing the expenditure of monies from the District's Building Capital Reserve Fund in an amount not to exceed $53,181.27for the ongoing Dayroom Renovation Project, including necessary change orders and related capital improvements, consistent with the purpose for which the reserve fund was established. 

The resolution authorizes the withdrawal of reserve funds in one or more installments as determined by the Board of Fire Commissioners. No monies shall be withdrawn from the Building Capital Reserve Fund until the expiration of the statutory permissive referendum period.
