The Transportation Unit is responsible for the safe and secure movement of inmates remanded to the custody of the Sheriff.
Personnel assigned to this Unit:
- Transport inmates to and from Buffalo City Court.
- Escort inmates to and from County and Supreme Courts.
- Transport inmates to and from Local Village and Town Courts.
- Transport inmates to and from the Erie County Medical Center.
