The Reentry Opportunity Center (ROC) serves as a trusted, community-based hub dedicated to supporting individuals returning from incarceration and others facing significant barriers to stability. Located at 120 West Eagle Street in Buffalo, the ROC provides a safe, judgment-free, and stigma-free environment where individuals are welcomed with dignity, integrity, and respect.

Our Mission

The Reentry Opportunity Center connects individuals to a comprehensive set of services, paving their way toward a brighter future aligned with their personal goals.

The ROC offers free, centralized access to comprehensive services under one roof, reducing the burden of navigating multiple disconnected systems. Core services include:

· Case management and service coordination

· Health insurance enrollment assistance

· Behavioral and mental health services

· Reentry legal assistance

· Peer support services

· Employment and benefit navigation support

Through strong partnerships with local agencies and community organizations, the ROC ensures participants receive timely, coordinated care that promotes stability, accountability, and long-term success.

By coordinating services and partnerships, the ROC:
