Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia announced that visitations are canceled for the July 4th holiday at the Erie County Holding Center and the Erie County Correctional Facility. However, both facilities are expanding visiting hours throughout the week.
Holding center visiting hours:
Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (added hours)
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (added hours)
Correctional facility visiting hours (each day has added hours):
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
