Electronic Payments Program – Vendor Enrollment Form

Vendors that have contracted with the County of Erie, NY may enroll to receive Erie County’s payments through electronic transmission using a secure VISA credit card account.

Participation in the County's electronic payment program is voluntary; vendors are not required to enroll.

If you/your organization are a contracted vendor with an assigned Vendor Number and are able to accept VISA credit card payments, then you/your organization may enroll in this electronic payments program. To enroll, please complete this form. Upon receipt by the Comptroller’s Office, an acknowledgment will be sent to confirm and provide instruction on participation.
