Mission Statement
The Erie County Corrections Specialist Advisory Board maintains an advisory relationship with the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Jail Management Division to promote safe, humane, and effective correctional operations. Grounded in restorative justice, the Board serves as a bridge between the community and correctional leadership to improve facility conditions, reduce recidivism, and support successful re-entry. Through collaboration and accountability, the ECCSAB works to strengthen public safety and ensure continuous system improvement.
