Clarence Town Supervisor Patrick Casilio Remembers Flight 3407
On this anniversary of the crash of Flight 3407, please join me in taking a moment to reflect on and remember the 51 innocent souls lost when the plane went down on Long Street in the Town: 45 passengers, an unborn baby, two pilots, two flight attendants, and one person on the ground. February 12, 2009, is a day that changed the Town of Clarence forever. We will always hold the victims close to our hearts. May God grant them eternal rest. We also remember and honor the brave first responders who rushed to the scene without regard to their own safety. We are grateful for all they did in the days, weeks, and months following the tragedy.
