Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro announces that applications are now open for the Cultural Capital Grant Program. This program allocates $25 million to support cultural organizations with capital improvement projects throughout Erie County. The Erie County Capital Projects Committee is currently accepting applications until July 11th, 2022 to assist and strengthen the great cultural groups in our community.
Legislator Todaro said, “This program offers a great opportunity to support our local cultural organizations and help them tackle capital improvements that they’ve been putting off or have been hoping to get done. I encourage every cultural organization in my district to submit an application so they can further improve their ability to serve our community.”
The application for this program is open now and is expected to run for the next several years following 2022. For those seeking additional information, there will be a WebEx presentation to discuss the program details and application process on June 22nd from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
