     Monday-Friday:11am to 7pm
                      Weekends & Holidays: 12pm to 7pm 

Admission Charge: Credit Cards and Debit Cards will be accepted for payment.

**All Pool patrons are required to have a Clarence Town Pool I.D. Card for access to the facility**

  • People using the Clarence Town Pool do so at their own risk.The Town Board and Clarence Town Pool management assume no responsibility or liability for any accident or injury connected with such use.
  • The Clarence Town Board and Clarence Town Pool management will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property of any person in or on pool property.

American Red Cross and Erie County Health Department Safety Rules

  1. Bathing Suits Only!No gym shorts or cutoffs. 
  2. All swimmers are required to take a soap shower before entering the pool area. (Health Dept. Requirements.) 
  3. Any persons having skin lesions, inflammations of the eyes, mouth, nose or ears or wearing bandages will NOT be permitted in either pool area. 
  4. Horseplay, running, pushing, dunking, and profanity are prohibited and may result in removal from the pool area.
  5. Only one person at a time is allowed on the diving board and slide, and must swim to designated areas.All diving from any location is at divers' own risk. 
  6. Smoking, food, drinks, gum and glass of any kind are prohibited in the pool area.
  7. Masks, fins, snorkels and inflatables are NOT permitted in the main pool.Only arm swimmies are permitted and are to be used in the shallow end only. 
  8. The Wading Pool is designated for children under age 7. (Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool.)Parents will be responsible AT ALL TIMES for the supervision of their children.
  9. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and cared for by an adult in order to use the main pool.
  10. Animals are prohibited from swimming and wading areas. 
  11. Sunbathing in designated areas only.Not on the pool deck surrounding each pool.
  12. Lap swim area is for adults only. 
  13. Swimming is prohibited outside the regular posted hours of operation.
  14. The recreation department lifeguards and pool attendants are required to strictly enforce all rules and regulations.

  15. These rules and regulations are designated for the safety and enjoyment of the facility and may be amended, supplemented, and/or changed as deemed necessary.  Thank you for your cooperation!
