Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 10:20 a.m. to consider the Local Landmark status of the property located at 5605 Kraus Road featuring a 1931 English Revival, Tudor Cottage.
