Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 10:15 a.m., to consider the request of the applicant, Robert Bagley at 9329 Via Cimato Drive, of a Special Exception Use Permit for the construction of an attached secondary living unit located in the Residential Single-Family zone.
