Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:15 a.m., to consider the request of the applicant, Zoé Restaurant, for a Temporary Conditional Permit for Outside Dining at 5701 Transit Road in front of the existing business in the Major Arterial zone.
