NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday,October 14, 2026 at 10:45 a.m. at the request of the applicant, 7 Brew, to consider a Special Exception use Permit for a drive-through facility associated with a Conceptually approved coffee stand at 4301 Transit Road in the Transitown Plaza in the Major Arterial Zone.
