NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday,October 14, 2026 at 10:40 a.m. to consider the request of the applicant, AJ’s Tree Service, for a Temporary Conditional Permit for outside operations associated with an industrial tree service operation; including equipment sales/service/display/storage, and material storage/processing/production, all in the Industrial Business Park and Agricultural-Rural Residential zones.
