Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10:20 a.m. to consider the request of the applicant, John and Frances Melinda Nowak, for a Special Exception Use Permit for the allowance of an existing attached secondary living unit within the existing residence, located at 4995 Bank Street, in the Residential Single-Family zone.
