Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. to consider the request of the applicant, Karthigan Thavanesan, for a Special Exception Use Permit for the construction of an attached secondary living unit as part of new home construction, located at 6571 Conner Road, in the Agricultural Rural Residential zone.
