NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 8, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Clarence adopted a resolution which is subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.
The Town of Clarence proposes to transfer certain real property located at 4580 Ransom Road, Clarence, NY (being a portion of SBL No. 72.00-3-9.11) described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 16, 1851 and recorded June 17, 1851 in Liber 120 of Deeds at page 304, used as a cemetery, to the Clarence Fillmore Cemetery Association. The resolution is on file with the Town Clerk.
