Please find the following notes from our 29 May Fireworks in the Park zoom call.

Our next zoom call before our event is Thursday, May 25th at 9:30 am.  Veronica will email out the call in numbers before this call.

Fireworks in the Park event;

Monday, 29 June from 4 to 10 pm with fireworks starting at dusk.  (Table set up in the pavilion will take place on Sunday, 28 June at 3 pm.)

Rain date is Tuesday, 30 June from 4 to 10 pm with fireworks starting at dusk.

Meeting attendees:  Patrick Casilio, Veronica Jenks, Jason Holden, Amy Engler, Jessica Wruck, Dan Michnik, Connie Martucci, Sarah Goodyear, Bill Weisbeck, Dawn Snyder, Dan Cummiskey and Bob Altieri

1.)  Sarah Goodyear - St. Paul's Church
      All set with selling their Baked Goods.
     Requested same location as last year.

2.)  Amy Engler - Chamber of Commerce
      All set with the Kettle Corn, Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Glow Sticks.
      Michelle from Forever Fun will work with the chamber to sell the glow sticks and 240 pieces of patriotic 250th anniversary               themed "Dumplings".
      Requested same location as last year.
      Popcorn will be delivered on Monday morning.

3.)  Dawn Snyder - Clarence Community Foundation
      Dawn will put the drinks into the pavilion on Saturday nite and will set up the tables in the pavilion at 3 pm on Sunday.
      Kids Games
      Inflatable Bounce Houses will be set up by 2 pm on Monday,  Will open by 4 and will plan to close by 8 pm to get all kids out by       8:45 so that they can be taken down and removed in time for the fireworks.  Parks will need to install the fence around the 
      inflatables with one entrance like it was last year.

      More chick-fil-a sandwiches will be ordered this year.

     Flex Yoga will be in place earlier in the evening and will be gone before people set up their blankets.

     Dawn is working to complete the artwork for the flyers for the schools.  Plans to get them ready so that they can be dropped off       to the elementary schools by Friday, 12 June so that the kids can have them to take home by the week of 15 June.  Also art           work s being worked on for the 3 large 4' x 8' signs.

  4.)  Jason Holden - Parks Dept
        5 port o' potties and a hand washing station has been ordered.
        Tim Sayers will be on staff all day.
        Caution tape will be used along bike path to keep people away from the bike path and the fireworks.
        A parks truck will be placed at the side bike path entranceway into the park off of Shisler Road.  To be determined is how to             close off the entrances from the white house off of Main Street and the side entrance from the Clarence Fire Company?
        Jason will take care of placing the "No Parking" signs along Hillcrest.
        Agreed to help place the 3 large 4' x 8' signs.

5.)  Bill Weisbeck / Connie Martucci - Lions Club
      Will sell nanchos and cheese.  Might have the large dinosaur set up again this year.  Will have posters advertising their                    Inclusive Playground project.
       Due to lack of volunteers, will not be able to help out with the hot dogs.

6.)  Dan Cummiskey - Food and Clarence Fire Company
      All 3 organizations selling the foods have been notified that they need to be available on Monday or our Tuesday rain date.
     Soccer - selling Pizza from Just Pizza (20 sheet pizzas were sold last year)
     Boy's Baseball - Ice Cream
     Girl's Softball - Hot Dog's
     Dan is working with Bobby Baker to resolve volunteer issues that we experienced last year with the hot dogs.  Jessica let Dan         know that she will be able to have 3 Youth Bureau kids and parents help with the hot dogs.
      Dan will take care of arrangements for the Clarence Fire Company and Twin City Ambulance.
      Dan will also order the required Health Permits.

7.)  Jess Wruck - Youth Bureau
       Will have special crafts with the 250th anniversary theme.
       Face painting and temporary tattoos.
       Lost kids booth / table will be placed near the music booth.
       Jess will make arrangements for the following volunteers from the Youth Bureau;
       For Dawn Snyder - 12 kids
       For Dan Cummiskey - 3 kids

8.)  Patrick Casilio - Town Supervisor
      Patrick will take care of the music and notifying our Town Security.

9.)  Veronica Jenks - Eagles Wings
       Veronica will be our MC again this year.
       Will have the kids events in place.
       Working on the singers for our National Anthems.
       Veronica has asked us to provide her with any announcements that need to be made during the event.  This includes any                Thank You's that need to be made.

10.)  Marty Helowicz - Clarence Citizens for Veterans 
        Working on finalizing the Beer for the beer tent.
        Will take care of ordering the required beer permit and the Certificate of Insurance.

11.)  Dave Wind / Dave Swarts - Troop 93
        I have been informed that the parking is all set.

12.)  Monica Mooney - Clarence Library
        Book Give Away.

13.)  Bob Altieri
        Sheriffs Joe Reeves and Mitchell Martin have agreed to have their sheriff patrols in the park.
        Working with the Clarence Bee to have an article on the front page during the week of June 15th
        Working with Dawn Snyder to have 3 large 4' x 8' signs made that will be placed in the following locations;
         1 - at Main and Gunnville in front of the high school (Matt Framm has approved)
         1 - at Goodrich and Clarence Center Roads in front of the bank (Amy is asking for the banks approval)
         1 - in front of Rite Aid at Main and Thompson - do we need anyone's approval?

        Fireworks permits and contract is in place.

        All required paperwork from the town is in place.
