Fireworks in the Park event;
Monday, June 29th from 4:00 pm to Fireworks at Dusk
Table set-up at the pavilion on Sunday, 28 June at 3:00 pm.
Please have your set-up's complete on Monday by 3:00 pm.

Dan Cummiskey - Sports teams food / Clarence Fire Company
Soccer - Pizza, will have full amount of volunteers, all profits will go to Cole for his benefit
Girl's Softball - Hot Dogs, all set working with Bobby Baker
Boy's Baseball - Ice Cream, all set working with Matt Lauer
Fire Company - all set working with chief Ruth Rider-Work
Dan will provide food prices to Dawn Snyder for new signs
Dan will work with Patrick to get Twin Cities Ambulance available 

Dawn Snyder - Clarence Community Foundation
Bounce House will plug into power pole not into a generator
Cick-fil-a has been confirmed
Yoga coming at 5:30
Locations for each group will be placed on the tables
Location for the Soccer / Pizza sales will be placed next to the hot dogs
Pizza will be done by multiple deliveries so that ovens will not need to be turned on

Dawn Kinney / Jessica Wruck - Youth Bureau
Youth Bureau will have 25 volunteers
Mentioned first aid - Pat and Dan Cummiskey will talk with Ruth Rider-Work for the fire companies support
Lost kids table - will be placed near the MC area, Jessica will have Youth Bureau man this table, Dawn Snyder and Bill Weisbeck will check with their volunteers to see if the can provide any additional support 
Crafts, tattoos, face painting - will bring their own tables

Veronica Jenks - MC and Eagles Wings
All set with her MC show
Requesting all groups to send Veronica any announcements to be made during the event.
Veronica will arrive at 3:30 in time for the 4:00 pm start.
two person dance company at 5:00 and 7:00 pm
Singer of National Anthem all set.
Possibly will have an open mic

Bill Weisbeck / Connie Martucci - Lions group
Will sell Nachos and will have have their all inclusive playground stand 

Amy Engler - Chamber of Commerce
All set with glow items, popcorn, kettle corn, cotton candy.
Requested more space for her area.

Patrick Casilio - Music / Disc Jockey
Will start to set up 7:00 am on Monday
Will bring his own generator
Suggested that the town purchase 2 light towers for our many town events.  Will discuss with our town board.

Jason Holden - Parks
Tim Sayers will be with us all day Monday.
Gators will be available
Fenced areas will be in place
garbage totes will be placed
recycling will be in fenced area
5 porta potties have been ordered
no parking signs on Hillcrest
Will plan to block off the back entrance from Shisler Road

Sarah Goodyear - St. Paul's Church
All set with baked goods
Requested same location as last year.

Dave Wind / Dave Swarts - parking by Boy Scout Troop 93 
Setting up the parking lot Sunday night.
Parking people will arrive Monday at 3:00 pm
Dave will check to see if they can also man the "White House on Main" parking lot.  If not, Jason will block it off with 2 trucks.

Monica Mooney - Library
All set.  Working with Dawn Snyder for her location

Marty Helowicz - Beer / Clarence Citizens for Veterans
All set.  ordered same amount as last year.  Will have an assortment of craft beers.

Bob Altieri - Fireworks
All required paperwork with the town is in place.
In contact with Young Explosives - all set for their 4:00 pm arrival
Sheriffs have agreed to provide security.
