This semester we will be livestreaming classes from several senior centers and we are very excited. Please be patient and understanding if issues arise!

Death and Dying: Goodbye, I Love You

Health care today shields us from the processes of death once so familiar in the parlors of our forefathers. Chronic illness is our most common challenge, and it places new emotional demands on the end of life. Patients and families can be empowered to manage their own dying experience while respecting the dignity of personhood. This seminar will describe death's patterns and expectations, though it won't stop our yearning for visiting hours in heaven.
