The Parkinson's Foundation has been addressing the needs of those affected by Parkinson's disease (PD) since 1957. Learn about the organization's research initiatives, ways we have improved care and what educational resources are available. PD is a chronic, progressive disease for which, as yet, there is no cure. The Foundation works to address the needs of those with the disease, their care partners, and loved ones who are all affected by a diagnosis.
