Rose Ann grew up in Western New York and spent her summer vacations traveling with her family to local amusement parks, in particular Crystal Beach Park, which cultivated her love for the venue. As a child, she made up ghost stories for her sister, brother, and cousins. She also enjoyed crafting and painting and earned an Associate's Degree in Commercial Art and a second Associate's Degree in Creative Writing. Most of her writing reflects her interest in amusement parks and the paranormal. Rose Ann has applied her art degree to a career restoring carousel horses and focuses on writing amusement park histories and paranormal mysteries for children. She currently lives with her husband, Tim, in Niagara Falls, New York, where they enjoy the ups and downs of life.
