Rick Falkowski has written five books about Buffalo History and Music. In addition to giving talks throughout Western New York for the past decade, he is the creator and organizer of the WNY Author's Alliance Salon & Soiree events at area restaurants, nightclubs and private clubs. He is also the founder of the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame, Buffalo Music Awards, former publisher of Buffalo Backstage Magazine, assistant curator of the new Cheektowaga Historical Association Museum, coordinator of Tonawandas Gateway Harbor Concerts, a UB graduate, USAF Veteran, Time Warner retiree and owner of Buffalo History Books.
