Rhonda Hoffman

Rhonda Hoffman is the genealogy specialist with the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library's Special Collections Department. She holds a bachelor of arts in history from SUNY Geneseo and a master of library science from the University at Buffalo. Rhonda is the education columnist for the Association of Professional Genealogists Quarterly. Rhonda serves on the board of the Western New York Genealogical Society and is a member of the National Genealogical Society's Delegate Council Steering Committee. In 2024, she was honored by the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society as part of its Preservation in Action series, which spotlights leaders and trailblazers whose innovative work inspires, educates, and has a lasting impact on the genealogy and family history field.
