Jim Bardot is a dedicated educator, lecturer, and researcher whose career has been marked by both compassion and excellence. He has served in multiple academic leadership roles, including Program Coordinator, Associate Dean, and Dean, and has twice been honored as Educator of the Year — a testament to his impact and commitment to lifelong learning. Jim chairs the Senior Services Advisory Board at the Amherst Senior Center and also co-hosts the Center's Ageless Conversations discussion group, a program designed to foster connection, reflection, and meaningful dialogue among members. Beyond his work in education and senior services, Jim has contributed to strategic planning for local heritage and nonprofit initiatives, bringing thoughtful guidance and a steady hand to community projects.
