Eric A. Deutsch, Ph.D., J.D., is a historian, educator, and mediator based in Western New York. He has taught history and disability studies at the University at Buffalo and San Francisco State University. His research and teaching explore how history, film, sports, and popular culture shape and reflect the way Americans understand themselves and their society. Eric enjoys making history accessible through stories, discussion, and shared cultural experiences.
