Michael Olear

Michael Olear is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Olear Team/ MJ Peterson Real Estate. He has over 30 yrs. experience and has specialized in helping older adults with transitions since 1999. Michael is a graduate of the UB School of Management - CEL and the UB Social Work Master’s Program. His team works throughout Erie and Niagara Counties helping buyers and sellers with all aspects of residential real estate that includes a specialized services for older adults and their caregivers. Michael has served on a variety of boards throughout the community including the Network in Aging, the Alzheimer’s Association, Griffis Park and the UB School of Management. His active pursuits include family, travel, singing, yoga, cycling, live music and helping out at Friends of Night People.
