Jennifer Hemming

Jennifer Hemming serves as an Assistant County Attorney with the Erie County Department of Law. Jennifer joined the Office in 2022 and provides counsel to the Division of Consumer Protection. Jennifer has over 20 years of litigation experience. Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University at Buffalo in 2002. Additionally, Ryan Emmerling serves as an Assistant District Attorney with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Ryan joined the Office in 2021 and is currently assigned to the Special Investigations and Prosecutions Bureau. Ryan obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Michigan State University in 2020.
