Jean E. Harris, Esq. brings a deep knowledge of elder law, disability law, asset protection, Medicaid planning, and estate planning (wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and trusts) to her practice at Pfalzgraf Beinhauer Grear Harris Schuller. Jean is a regular speaker in the areas of Medicaid, Wills, Trusts and asset protection. Jean dedicates her practice to ensuring that clients take advantage of all legal mechanisms to preserve assets while ensuring they receive the care they need at home, assisted living, or in skilled nursing. Jean graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a B.A. in psychology. A native of Western New York, she currently resides in Amherst. Jean is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States Federal Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of State of New York.
