Paul Buchanan

Erie County Family Court Judge, Paul Buchanan presided over cases involving; Custody, Visitation, Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency and Child Support. He created a Juvenile Justice Part that integrated the Erie County Departments of Probation, Social Services and Mental Health with Buffalo Public and area School Districts and an individual’s Court case. He is a Court certified Mediator for Child and Family Services.
