Linda is a partner with the firm of Pfalzgraf Beinhauer Grear Harris Schuller LLP and she practices in areas of Elder Law, Estates, Estate Planning and Guardianship. Linda received her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law (1994) and holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Buffalo State University (1991). Linda served as Chairperson of the Surrogate’s Court Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County for several years and is a former 8th Judicial District Delegate for the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section. Linda is a member of various professional associations. A frequent speaker on issues related to elder law and estate planning, Linda has been honored in Buffalo Spree Magazine, Who’s Who in Law by Buffalo’s Business First, and Super Lawyers.
