Legislator Lorigo Visits Boys & Girls Club of Holland

Legislator Lorigo visited the Boys & Girls Club of Holland to see the results of funding she helped secure for the organization. The investment supported upgrades to the Club's security system and technology, including additional security cameras, and came alongside other recent improvements at the Club, including a newly sealed gym floor and new music and game rooms designed to give local kids more opportunities to spend time together. The Club is also planning future investments, including an expansion of its outdoor space.

 

"The Boys and Girls Club of Holland is extremely grateful to Legislator Lorigo for securing funding for our organization this year," said Brian Tavernier, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Holland. "This support will help us with much needed security and technology updates. On behalf of all the youth we serve, thank you."

 

Legislator Lorigo thanked Tavernier and Tara Greenley for taking the time to show her the Club's continued investments, and credited the kids and staff for their role in the Holland community.
