LEGISLATOR LORIGO NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS DRIVE TO BENEFIT MANY

ERIE COUNTY, NY — Erie County Legislator Lindsay Lorigo says hundreds of people will benefit from the generosity of so many with her Neighbors Helping Neighbors Donation Drive.

“I am so grateful for all those people and organizations that stepped up and helped contribute.  Thanks to the goodwill of so many, this holiday season will be a bit brighter for many families,” said Legislator Lindsay Lorigo.

The legislator’s office set up numerous drop-off sites throughout the tenth legislative district where people donated essential household items for food pantries and other organizations.

“The Rural Outreach Center and Bread of Life Outreach Center were just two of the many organizations to benefit from the generosity of so many,” said Legislator Lorigo.

Donations were also provided to the “West Seneca Community Food Pantry, FISH of East Aurora, Trading Post Community Care Center in Springville and Love INC of Springville.

“Your kindness is making a real difference for families in need.  Every single contribution matters.  Thank you for helping us spread hope and support throughout the community,” said Legislator Lorigo.

Community libraries, senior centers, school districts and the Concord Veteran Care Project are among the locations that served as drop-off sites for donations.
