Erie County Legislator Lindsay Lorigo has recognized Neil Parrish as Erie County Citizen of the Month. Parrish is being honored for his many years of service to the young people of the town of Aurora and surrounding communities.
“Neil has had a positive impact on so many. His legacy of service to the children and the community is remarkable. We are so fortunate to have someone like him providing the support and guidance, helping to shape the hearts and minds of our future leaders,” said Erie County Legislator Lindsay Lorigo.
Neil Parrish has spent more than 28 years with the East Aurora Boys and Girls Club, holding numerous leadership positions while guiding thousands of our region’s young people. He has served as a role model to the many children who have been part of the Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora. Parrish is currently site director of the club, where he leads fellow staff members, oversees programming, and ensures the safety of all the club’s members. He is also director of the club’s summer camp, Camp Ska-No-Ka-San.
“So many children have benefited from Neil’s guidance and direction. His dedication to the youth is impactful and meaningful, and I am proud to name him Erie County’s Citizen of the Month,” said Legislator Lorigo.
