Erie County Legislator Jim Malczewski presented a proclamation to the owners of Just Holster It Firearms and Training Center in Elma in honor of their grand opening. Legislator Malczewski was involved with the original permitting process as an Elma Town board member and present Erie County Legislator. He was joined by other colleagues in government. The owners say about 450 customers came through their store the first day.
