ERIE COUNTY LEGISLATORS HONOR COMMUNITY LEADERS FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Angela Blue, Ellen Harris-Havey, Jeff Richardson, Roger Blackwell, and the Colored Musicians Club were all honored as part of Black History Month.  In addition, Jhanna Reed performed 'Lift Every Voice.'
