Town of Sardinia Planning Board will hold a meeting on Monday August 24th, Monday September 28th, Monday October 26th and Monday November 23rd for the purpose of reviewing a Site Plan Application and a Special Use Permit Application submitted Nexamp Energy/EDP for a purpose Battery Energy Storage Facility to be known as Sardinia East, LLC which will be located at 10539 Genesee Rd East Concord, NY as well as any other business that may come before the Board. Any additional meetings will be advertised as needed.
Please note all meetings will begin at 7 pm and will be held at the Town of Sardinia Town Hall located at 12320 Savage Rd Sardinia, NY 14134 unless otherwise advertised. Anyone wishing to attend this meeting must enter the meeting room by using the double gray doors on the front of the gym.
