Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that a jury has found 32-year-old Terrance Boyd of Buffalo guilty of one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class āCā violent felony). Jurors rendered their decision on Monday afternoon after approximately two hours of deliberation following a four-day trial, convicting the defendant of the only charge in the indictment against him.
Boyd faces a maximum of 15 years in prison when he is sentenced before State Supreme Court Justice Paul B. Wojtaszek on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Samantha N. King of the Felony Trials Bureau and Chief John P. Gerken, Jr. of the Narcotics/Intelligence Unit.
