INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office offers Spring, Summer, and Fall internships. The program is open to first and second year law students. Interns assist with discovery, conduct research and writing projects, observe trials and hearings and help Assistant District Attorneys with all aspects of case management and trial preparation. Interns are assigned to Buffalo City Court, Justice Court or Felony Trials Bureau. All internships are unpaid. Spring and Fall interns may receive course credit through the UB Law School Externship Program.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office employs a number of staff that supports the operation and mission of the office. Positions include but are not limited to: Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Data Entry Operator, Social Workers and Victim Advocate.
