The Erie County District Attorney’s Office offers Spring, Summer, and Fall Internships. The Program is open to 1st and 2nd year law students. Interns assist with discovery, conduct research and writing projects, observe trials and hearings, and help Assistant District Attorneys with all aspects of case management and trial preparation. Interns are assigned to Buffalo City Court, Justice Court, or a Felony Trial Bureau. All internships are unpaid. Spring and Fall interns may receive course credit through the UB Law School Externship Program.
