It is alleged that on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Cheektowaga Police responded to the 100 block of Cedar Road for a reported shooting. DA Keane commends Lieutenant Justin Haag and Officer Andrii Zvarych of the Cheektowaga Police Department for their work in this investigation as well as Detective Christopher Schafer of the Buffalo Police Department.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Justin H. Caldwell of the Homicide Bureau.
