Did the victim suffer any financial loss as a result of the scam?
Has this complaint been submitted to any other law enforcement agency or organization (Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York, etc.)?
Have you contacted a private civil attorney?
Are you willing to sign a formal (criminal) complaint and testify in Court regarding this matter?
