The work of the Erie County District Attorney's Office is strengthened by the diversity of our employees and the communities we serve.

It is of great important to the District Attorney that our office fosters a culture of inclusivity where prosecutors and support staff thrive in their work, witnesses feel safe and victims are heard. While acknowledging the disparities that disproportionally affected minority communities in the past, our office is committed to creating a more equitable criminal justice system.

In an effort to recruit qualified and diverse candidates, the Erie County DA’s Office has participated in job fairs hosted by the Minority Bar Association of Western New York (MBAWNY) and the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA).
