Certain terms of service offered by the Village of Akron municipal electric utility are governed by the New York Municipal Power Agency Generic Tariff No:1, with the exception of the following provisions: Rider C thereto, which provides terms and conditions for the interconnection of customer owned electricity generation facilities.
