Kenneth Kuminski

Ken is a retired engineer with over 40 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering, mostly with the New York State Department of Transportation. He was involved in many complex projects in roadway and bridge design and construction. Ken was an integral part of the initial implementation of many roundabouts in the WNY area.
