Daniel Schuller

Daniel J. Schuller, Esq. is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo School of Law, cum laude, and received his Bachelor of Science from Canisius College. Dan’s practice has is focused on elder law and estate planning. At PB Elder Law, Dan continues to focus his practice on estate planning, trusts, guardianships and Medicaid planning and applications. He currently serves on the Professional Advisory Committee for the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo. He is also a proud member of various professional organizations. Dan was featured in Artvoice’s 2015 Buffalo’s Finest Profile Series, a series highlighting Buffalo professionals who demonstrate continued excellence in law, healthcare, education, technology, and business for 2015. Dan also was nominated a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2018-2025. He has also received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award each year from 2015 to 2020.
