Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clarence will hold a public hearing at the Clarence Town Hall, One Town Place, Clarence, New York on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:15 a.m. to consider the annual renewal of Excavation Permits for the following:

a.New Enterprise / Buffalo Crushed Stone, 8615 Wehrle Drive;

b.Lakeside Sod, 6660 Goodrich Road;

c.Michael Development, 10001 Wehrle Drive; and

d.Michael Development, 10051 Wehrle Drive.
