Erie County Executive Poloncarz will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18 2015 at 2 PM concerning a local law recently adopted by the Erie County Legislature regarding the regulation of electronic cigarettes (“e-cigarettes”). Copies of the proposed local law are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Erie County Legislature, on the 4th Floor of 92 Franklin Street. The hearing will be held in the 14^th floor conference room  of the Edward A. Rath county office building,  located at 95 Franklin Street in Buffalo.
